I am Jersey born and have spent much of my working career in the Finance/Banking industry in Jersey, London and Singapore. 

I have always had a passion for Health and Wellbeing, and I know from my own personal experiences, whether it is from competing in Triathlons, to conceiving my beautiful daughter, just how beneficial nutrition, massage and aromatherapy can be.
